Eligibility for Returns

1. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Condition of Hair Extensions:
   • Extensions must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
   • Hair must not have been altered in any way (e.g., dyed, washed, cut, or styled).
3. Seals and Tags: All original seals and tags must remain intact.
